Regarding the Eternal Worshipper quest, you're supposed to put her soul jar into your backpack and then give it back to her.
Still the quest should finish if you kill her or am I wrong? There's nothing else left to do and it troubles me somehow if quests won't finish just because I chose an alternative end...
