JVB heres how to do it:
drive slowly, if he's out of sight he'll get stuck on a bridge, bug ingame.


trick:
get a sniperrifle, go to malibu to get the quest, then when you get outside, and the two cars are in front of you use the sniper to headshot the driver of the other car. The mission will fail, but you'll have his car. park it in a garage, to save it.

What is so special with that car to let mission fail to save the car?

it indeed is the hardest mission.
and about the sniper : i have tried a bazooka on that car: NO DAMAGE AT ALL <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/eek.gif" alt="" />

and about that bug.. you shure it is on the PC version?

you have to shoot the driver, not the car.
it's the fastest car in that stage of the game.

I don't know but it happened to me twice, i fell behind lost him out my sight and suddenly I passed him on a bridge where he was stuck on.

another irritating mission is the one where you have to use a mini helicopter to blow up a building in construction.
That mission is just plain cruel <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/winkwink.gif" alt="" />

reconfigure your controls for easier use of the helicopter, once You got a hang of the controls its an pritty simpel mission.
