Hello Larians!
I've got a few suggestions and "nice to have" points for the GM Mode.
Suggestions:

-Add direct messaging from GM to players (so the GM can only "whisper" to 1 PC)

-Placing a debuff on a PC which turns him into an enemy for a duration of X (so the AI takes over and starts attacking party members)

-Re-scaling Monsters/items would be nice

-Make pets or NPC's "follow" the party/or 1 party member

-Modify existing skills (i.e. add a self poison effect upon use of -insert skill name here-

-PC on-click event modifying (i.e. player picks up a book and receives a debuff)

-Fog of War (so PC's can't see the whole map)

-Adjust NPC's with dialogues + optional answers

-custom skill filled with an array of debuffs/buffs, which will grant a random buff/debuff from that "list/array"

-option to let a player take over the control over a NPC/monster

-Leader/minion depending AI (i.e. minions supports the leader in an encounter group)

-direct use of an skill from the GM Skillbook onto a PC/NPC (w/o dragging it somewhere)

-creating runes with individual stats and exclude them from the crafting system

-Mass destruction of PC/NPC(family)/items. (maybe this could be controlled via the encounter menu)

-optional: Maybe some sort of minigame for the players while in "Pause" Mode, so the GM can add things in case he needs to which takes more time than a few minutes.
The GM Mode has so much to give already, which is great! The above mentioned points are merely a vision. I know due to the nature of the GM mode, that most of these "auto-scripted" things are not possible as of now, but maybe in the future :)
Some points could be managed by modding them, but the complexity is huge for "normal" beings at this moment^^
Some minor bugs:

-Placing a buff/debuff on a npc with unlimited duration (-1) can't be erased by the option "clear" or the little "x" in the debuff/buff overview. You have to "redo" the buff with duration of >=0. Then the debuff disappears finally.

-Setting the "minimum" damage on an NPC to 3000 while the "maximum" damage stays @5 works. Shouldn't the maximum damage always start at least by "minimum" damage?
Some modding introducing videos would be cool too, though. I've tried to simply "copy" a weapon and add it onto my campaign. That's a pretty hassle for me atm lol. Maybe it's easy, but I couldn't find the way of it.
Thanks for considering/reading and sorry if I picked some points which were already mentioned.
Best regards~
