Let me make it a bit clearer:
As you cycle through enemies (with a controller at least since that's how we play) the information displayed will be of the previous selected enemy, not the current one.
So for example if I go through a far enemy who would need 8AP to be hit and I cycle to a closer one, the information on top will display 8AP and not the actual value needed to hit the currently selected enemy.
This is constantly reproducable
