Playing on tactician I find teleport game breaking over powered.

Why does teleport work while target still has magic armor? Many encounters can be gimmicked this way.

I have been able to pull boss characters away from their cohorts and engage them individually before cleaning up (the cohorts dont even enter combat).

Especially with teleport gauntlets and spell, makes many fights trivial and easily seems to be the most powerful spell in the game. I understand fortification is counterplay, but outside of game master mode counter play on that level doesn't exist.

My suggestion would be to only allow characters to be teleported once their magic armor is shredded.

I think this should be addressed?

In Act 1, enemeis have minimal dash unlike in EA. They balanced this along with how little you have as well in mobility and damgae.

Starting at Act 2, everything jump jump jump.

And to make it worse, they also use teleport against you.

So like, sure it's broken for a repositioning skil but it has no damage so that repositioning is often not even worst sacrificing 1000 damage you can be dealing with 2 AP.
