Quite frankly I do not get what the problem is. Yes The Centaur's argumentation with the reseller is REALLY weak since even with resellers the game was bought some time from Larian and they got the amount they wanted from the reseller at that time. It is their choice to sell for different amounts worldwide and they have to take the positive and negative sides from this decision.
However the OP does have some flaws as well. You think it is to expensive for poland -> OK I get that. And maybe you do not want the refund GOG offers since you actually have to buy another product and do not simply get a reduced price directly.. But what is your problem bying it from somewhere else? As long as it is a valid key you should simply not care if you buy it in belgium, poland or russia! Simply buy it for a price you see as alright and thats it. Happy everyone! Yes even Larian.
What is absolutely correct is that buying it somewhere outside poland will not count as a vote for a polish language translation thats for sure.
