Now I know that I will defeat Bishop Alexander in Fort Joy and take command of Lady Vengeance.
While commanding Lady Vengeance, I will be besieged by Dallis. I will not defeat her, though, as the achievement says "Escape".

That happens in a lot of games. I've stopped reading descriptions for achievements I haven't unlocked yet for that reason.

Ya most games that have achievements for doing things that are part of the story have spoilers, just dont read the achievements.

Steam games can have "hidden achievements". Copy pasta from one of my games:

"14 hidden achievements remaining
Details for each achievement will be revealed once unlocked"

They should have done the same for spoiler achievements.
