I'm sure there is a way to make multi row in my skill bar.. but i can't see to work out how to do it?

What am i missing? Why would i want to scroll them, when i could see 2-3 bars? (i'm in 4k.. i have a lot of screen space)

Unless it was changed recently, all my Googling points to this: You can't.

It's a single action bar that you can scroll up or down on.
The consensus (read: the few forum posts I found on the topic) seems to be that this was a design decision to cater for people with smaller resolutions.

ugh

i could understand a design choice to default to one.. but clearly people are going to have more spells/things to use than one bar can handle.
Hell, they should at least put a auto-sort for it so my, ever changing, spell loadout is up front and not on the hidden other bar.

Yeah, I really want to be able to have like three bars on screen at the same time. At the very least there should be a hotkey to switch between action bars on the fly.

P.S. Apparently there is a hot key to switch on the fly hold Alt and press F and R. Not sure if those are the default hot keys or not I changed some stuff around.
