I usually prefer to use various different tracking tools to locate my parcels if I'm unsure as to their location. For example, I ordered something from the UK and the UK postal service website is really bad with information regarding the status of my delivery. I used the tracking number on another site and it was the once that told me it was in my country, awaiting custom clearance.
In either event, whilst Larian is ultimately responsible for delivering the CE's, the best place to find out where your package is, is with the delivery company themselves.
