as the title suggests, tarquin isn't present on the stonegarden graveyard, he is on the ship, though my friend told me he's at the 2 places at the same time? i tried to fix it and went to the tomb without grabbing the quest (it wasn't available for grab even at the ship) now my map has a Tarquin Whereabouts marker but he's not there either... do I just have to skip this? I have both parts of Anathema already as well so it feels bad..

edit - I forgot to mention the most important part - Tarquin wasn't present at the Graveyard at any time, he just wasn't there...

You're boned. The game will assume you denied helping Tarquin if you didn't talk to him in the Stonegarden Graveyard. Have the same problem. Either reload or just suffer knowing you can't complete the quest. Afaik there's no way to make the blade yourself either.

I have the same problem now. Is there a way to find him ?
He was never at the graveyard because i entered the house of ryker through the basement of the bridgekeepers house. Now i cant even start the quest

bump. Tarquin left the boat, then at one point reappeared on the boat (i think after blood isle) then left the boat again. I did the entire graveyard (entered through basement) and never saw him.

... even more stupid is the bug, that that %$§$// has taken both parts and saying he will be soon on the ship, but will not do it ! So players solved the quest, but not getting the reward !
And the DEVS aren't able to solve that , since the release
