So I managed to create the first floor of my house, but I want to create at least one more floor, how do I go on about doing that? I tried to find any way to duplicate the walls and stack it on top, but there is no duplicate option.

Thanks. smile

Make sure you exited the wall editor mode. Select the entire wall section with the "Select Objects" mode and then do the copy/paste.

Better even press SHIFT + drag the object (with move tool) to one direction. It will get dublicated automatically. Really handy for making roof or second floors just. Shift drag the house (wall) just up and get the the copy with same x y coordinates.

Thanks for the replies everyone! Second question, how do I make a roof? laugh Tried manually placing it but that was really hard, none seemed to fit.

The quick and dirty way is to copy/paste the walls, move the copied walls on top of the existing walls, and then change the root template on the sidebar to one of the roof root templates.

It's easier to do this before making doors on the lower level, or delete the doors before changing the root template.

Sweet, thanks! Some of the roofs obviously did not fit, but I found one. Any way to make the top middle of the roof?

The answer is in the second video of these tutorials

The tiling is around the 6:20 mark. I recommend bookmarking this link to help answer future questions about terrain editing.
