I'd like to see a compilation of bugs, and yours seems to be on that track, so I'll add some here now and edit in more later.
Crafting Bugs- Issue: When crafting Resurrection Scroll from the Recipes tab, materials are removed and nothing is created.
Workaround: Manually craft items by adding the components from scratch (Sheet of Paper, Life Essence, Water Essence).
Inventory Bugs- Issue: The right-click option to Store on Lady Vengeance does not seem to do anything.
Workaround: Quick travel and manually move items to the Storage Chest on the middle deck of the ship.
