Yeah, think it's bugged for a lot of people. Didn't have Ifan with me (Red prince/Sebille/Fane) and it also didn't do anything. And you can even screw it more by only attacking the masked man. The story will continue but Dallis and Lucian will remain neutral(untill you accidently hit them 2 times so they turn enemy).
