I just know this is a stupid question and I'm missing something obvious.

The tutorial on skills shows how to add new skillbooks to a new vendor but not how to add it to existing vendors logically.

For example, if I create a pyro spell I'd like it to show up appropriately on merchants who sell fire spells.
