Same here. Killed Borris before talking to him, no note on his body Pls Larian, fix it... I'm really too far to go back to an older save
I am in the same boat. I do not know if the Ifan quest line is long and goes beyond the island. I would like a dev to say whether or not this is intentional.
Every companion questline last until the game is over or you are forced to kill them/they leave.
