Yes, I was able to get all 3 of my companions to agree that my Red Prince should be divine before entering the Academy. I already killed off the other Godwoken enemies and the Bishop, just trying to take a belt off one of my companions to prep for the Embodiment of the Gods fight at the end (since I heard they mirrors the stats of my group).
