Update: So I loaded an old save made RIGHT before i get in the boat with Malady.
This one updated correctly for Withermoore, Imprisoned Elf, Purged Dragon.
My current save, which is on the boat (literally seconds after getting in the boat with Malady) does NOT update.
Sounds like the patch needs to be patched, but progress? I guess?
