Pretty much as the subject describes, Arran the Raucous One is bugged. When attempting to initiate dialogue the box appears for a split second and then the dialogue is canceled. This leaves him essentially impossible to interact with locking out his shop and quest line. This occurred after completion of the Driftwood Arena and while I was playing in the Black Pits. Now all save files are affected and cannot interact with him either before the Arena or After. Anywho just would like to bring this to Larian Studios attention hopefully it gets fixed soon. Unfortunately for me this takes from the games experience so I shall wait until there is a fix.
