The first pyramid is right in the room with NPC, on the table.
The second one is in the ship in that very same room, hidden entrance.
The third and fourth one can be found in Act 2.
One in a mansion with a rather important story role.
The other is in a vault on another location. If you explore a lot, only the mansion one can be easily missed if you can't find the secret switch.
