Hi guys,

In my theory craft, I was wondering about how would some mechanics play along with Glass Cannon.

For instance, Uncanny Evasion, which gives 100% Evasion, would this work against AoE CCs such as Battle Stomp ? Would it make you "immune" to it for one turn ?

On the other hand, we all know that Glass Cannon turns you into eye candy for the AI, but what about the talent Stench, that makes you less attractiv to melee enemies, would it work along with Glass Cannon or would you remain their number 1 priority ?

I might be able to test those out in the next week but I was wondering if any of you guys already did.

Ps : oh and that's off topic but, does anyone know how to get accuracy % without being single handed ? those 96% hit chance miss are driving me crazy, feeling like Im playing XCOM

Ground-target like Batlestomp and AoE magic have 100% hit rate and once you are CC'd, your dodge rate goes down to nadaland.

There are also some fight where the enemies have a free CC aura so glass cannon char can't even approach that one.

And starting in late Act 2, ranger starts using "Mark" on you, reducing your dodge by 100%.

Some buffs like Bless and cleared mine give you accuracy. Some weapon also have + Accuracy on them. You can also use Venom rune in necklaces for + Accuracy.

Your best bet for a glass cannon builds is countering debuffs with Fortify, Frost Armor, Clear Minded and Bless if necessary. Chameleon Cloak and Smoke Cover can come in handy as well to hide your Glass Cannon from view. Note that Adrenaline will still reduce your AP by 2 on the next turn.

Glass cannon isn't that bad, you just need to be extra careful about perma-auras and cc in general. Atm i'm on tact mode and i'm using 2 glass canon (they are also the first two characters who act, that's important to decrease the amount of cc during first turn). Unless some real shit happens (and something, it happens), i'm able to play at least two full turn with my cannons, because my main archer dps acts (most of the times) first, and he's usually able to knockdown the enemy that would act after, then my second cannon comes into play and throws some other cc on the board. So, i've 12 ap (15 with flesh sacrifice + adrenaline, even more with adrenaline on both chara and executioner if you're able to kill on first turn) to spend in cc/raw damage during first turn.
After that, probably some enemies will cc my cannons, but i've a healer able to remove some of these cc and re-able the next cannon turn.
In conclusion, i think that glass canon is worth it with the right setup.

PS
recently i also bought an amulet with terrify-charme immunity, super ultra extra usefull

Ok thanks for the clarification !

And what about Shackle of Pain ? I noticed that when you use Shackle of Pain on an enemy, every each one of them tend to ignore you completely, do you guys think it would work with Glass Cannon as a protectiv tool ?
