To all: I think this could be useful for you to know, the way I write a story and why story-Kiya goes astray.
1. I read your posts and pictures come into my head, then she enters and I describe what happens - so, she takes over <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/winkwink.gif" alt="" />. I know of no other way to write, sorry.
2. RL-Kiya and story-Kiya are similar: both have a great dislike when it comes to violence, so RL-Kiya has no pics, no story-Kiya comes into action (this is impossible, sorry) - oh, errh, and both Kiya's don't like romances <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/shame.gif" alt="" /> - so an approach of this kind to my char could lead to "interesting times" <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/alien.gif" alt="" />
3. As this is my first XP in group-writing, I'm a bit lost when it comes to battle, not good at describing what happens. Why? Cause I believe in nonviolent methods and I can't bend and shape story-Kiya to fit in there, my writing would be fake, would drain my creativity. Same goes for romantic stuff, so don't expect story-Kiya to deliver/surrender herself to a male (if two-legged)
4. So, I thought, it would be a good idea if I leave you to your loved battles (writing should be fun <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/winkwink.gif" alt="" /> for all) and stay a bit in the background then. If story-Kiya sees the group in great danger, I'm sure she will want to take over, don't worry - or better, DO worry <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/badsmile2.gif" alt="" />. (How many weapons, pants and ears do you want to have destroyed? Oh, Womble, that boomstick of yours, is it fireproof? <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/biggrin.gif" alt="" />)
I'm sorry, if I moralise a bit in the story, but as I said before: Story-Kiya and RL-Kiya are similar - saves me the trouble of having a good memory. And you can still think up of a method to shut me up - if you survive <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/badsmile2.gif" alt="" />
