Same problem here:
Act 1 60-80fps.
Act 2 on average runs well 50fps +.
blood island, nameless island drops to 25-40
Act 3
arx 19 fps average.
Specs:
Gtx970 (Gpu load drops to 20% on arx)
Fx8320 4.5ghz (80% + cpu usage on arx)
12gb Ram
I think i will not be able to finish the game.
