That could be fun indeed. It was just my first thought when i read your post. Just dont make it an arrogant and ennouying one like in BG. But then again it had 1 big advantage: it made you immuun against mind control! That was the only reason i kept it <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/winkwink.gif" alt="" />

well because everyone else is making their items cursed, i figured that mine should be kinda evil too.
I think it will want me to betray the group and leave you guys, but i will not listen to it <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/tongue.gif" alt="" />
Maybe if we could find a way to cure the cursed items, mine will still be able to speak, but only the evil side of it will be gone???
just a thought <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

Sob, I can't have it. I'm restricted to one book. Just imagine what harm I could do with 2 books <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/think.gif" alt="" />

Hm, let me see: headache spell, freeze, loose one ability, diarrhoe (that's a good one), no-snore-spell (very important), stick/whip-dance-on-back... ahm, anything else in that book?

I dont know. i'm not a mage i cant read it. So i dont know whats in it. Although you're ideas sound cool. Espeatelly to no snorring part!

I was thinking, maybe it has only ONE spell in it and you can only use it once <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/disagree.gif" alt="" /> .

Kiya - <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/ouch.gif" alt="" /> (phew!) LadyStreak?? Hopefully you or Hypatia knows how to remove scent glands! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/puppyeyes.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/biggrin.gif" alt="" />

Add a rhinestone collar to Miss Streak and she'll be a gorgious pet. Aim her backwards at any of your enemies and you have a built in weapon. (LOL)

jvb - maybe the 'real' spirit in your sword has been 'taken over' by the evil wizard?

Also everyone, it's really hard to see that blue (or red) in the posts- maybe get Kiya or BeeGee to show us how to get the other blue?

[color:#dfbf42" size=+1]Here's how I do it:

1. Select the HTML & UBB option
[Linked Image]

2. Use HTML font keyword to set the color you want
[Linked Image]

3. Voila!

[color:"yellow"] Note to Everyone! I am one of the worlds worst spellers. If I post anything that requires an explanation, please tell me! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/biggrin.gif" alt="" /> If you don't understand it, there's a really really good chance that someone else doesn't either. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/shame.gif" alt="" />

[color:"#bfdf40"]But I want to know how the other colors are coded, I simply quoted your post, BeeGee and then looked up the #-stuff

Can you help, BeeGee? I would like to use several colours if I have the feeling, this will show clearly whom I'm speaking to.

[color:"#efgh40"]Kiya, humming the tune of a pupil

[color:"gefh40"]Pretty colour, hm? I just experimented with numbers and alphabet <---HAA, I just found out how [color:"32cd32"]Jurak will sound - now for a blue colour when he's [color:"#00bfff"]stressed

I think there will be two BeeGee's for a while:

1. BeeGeeI-XII is away on a quest, but he looks pretty much like the old BeeGee did (same size, etc.)

2. BeeGeeXIII is in Lynn's pocket, is suffering a magic deficiency, and is emotionally insecure ... but he will get better with time.

For the group, BeeGeeXIII is your companion and comrade. Don't worry about BeeGeeI-XII -- he'll be careful on his quest. Besides, he still needs to discover more about the disappearance of all Imps from this world and (maybe) do something to bring them back. T'would be a dreary world indeed without Imps here and there to keep things interesting, eh what?

P.S. the color stuff is simply this: the six characters after the # are color values according to the scheme [color:"red"]rr[color:"green"]gg[color:"blue"]bb i.e. two for red, two for green, and two for blue. The number/characters are hexidecimal values from 00 (black) up to ff (full) intensity. Count 00, 01, 02, ..., 08, 09, 0a, 0b, 0c, 0d, 0e, 0f, 10, 11, 12, ..., 1f, 20, ..., and so on up to ff. So #000000 is black, #ffffff is white, #ff0000 is red, #ffc0c0 is pink, #00ff00 is green, and #0000ff is blue, and #c0c0ff is light blue, etc.
