Amira came to the ship after we rescued her. We gave her the tablet and her dialogue locked to, "I need time to study, come back later" or some such. Once we left for Nameless Isle, she and her companion went missing. Finished the game without seeing either of them again and never having the chance to finish their quest.
During dialogue, The Doctor repeatedly addresses Lohse and Fane despite neither being in our party.
