Unable to dismiss Fane

Woke the Dallis ship and I am prompted to be sure about my party setup before continuing


When I go to talk to Fane so I can dismiss him, he says he can't talk right now. Any suggestions?

That's probably because you had him shape shift to something other than his true self. Make him revert and you can talk all you like.
