Hey Eldarth,
the instance painter was designed for placing multiple random occurrences of certain items like grass/bushes/etc. For specific angles, you'll have to place it normally.
DONOTUSE is a warning that this item might not be fully functional or simply that it was not supposed to be used in our design. You can still place it normally. I would also suggest to place it normally since it will not have physics if placed with the instance painter and you'll need physics to click on it.
