Larian Studios Forums Divinity: Original Sin 2 Divinity - Original Sin 2 - Suggestions and Feedback [Human] Encourage needs a buff.

I'm okay with a small buff even if the skill doesn't seem that bad. Also keep in mind that enemies who use Encourage will also benefit from them.

Instead of more HP i would add some dodge, hit chances or resistances in the mix. Or grant a "Leadership Stat +X to the caster".
