All magisters were immediately hostile to me, but I was able to force a conversation by sneaking around and then teleporting one of my characters into the vicinity of the White Magister at the very top. That forced a conversation and made all magisters in the vicinity neutral instead of hostile.
Yeah, but how do you free Gwydam then? They turn hostile if you make any attempt at getting him from the gallows.
