Does anyone know how to disable it? I accidentally hit some combination on my keyboard and now they all have ugly blue outlines.

It is the ^ key on the left of the number "1" and above "Tab" on my keyboard.

Also called the grave [accent] (`) or tilde (~) key. Larian uses the term "grave key."
