lx07, note that I wasn't talking about DHL or how happy people in different countries are with DHL... I am talking about HappyShops, who handles the distribution... because I really don't think DHL is the main problem here. They have different shipping and tracking options, at different price ranges and with different speeds... so a lot depends on which option you choose.
Also, if you look at for example ka1man's experience: > Sep 9th: announcement of the shipping announcement > Sep 12th: tracking information (usually means it ships the next day) > Sep 18th: it actually ships
That's more than a week between HappyShops sending out the emails, and HappyShops actually handing over the box to DHL. You definitely cannot blame DHL for that delay.
