Larian Studios Forums Divinity: Original Sin 2 Divinity - Original Sin 2 - General Hail STORM spell book?

Is it possible to turn hailstorm scroll into a skillbook? cant seem to find the recipe online. I got the scroll from the djinn and want to know if its worth getting the scroll instead of a different piece of gear.

I have that scroll as well hoping I could turn it into a book. I can't figure out if there is a way. I tried using a low tier and high tier blank book and neither work. Only thing I can think of is maybe its a combination of 2 level 5 books like Air and water or something like that.
