Mass clicking consume on everyone and desperately trying to top off or going to meistrs basement whenever you need source in act 2 is time consuming and not fun. Even if it was like 1 source point every 2-5 minutes, that would be better than this system. its not like its a finite resource anyways

and maybe: allow us to get more than 1 single source from corpses/enemies at a time :^/

also its VERY annoying that i can seemingly only use source vampirism on a few specific enemies AND i need those enemies to not have magic armor(read: if u run on a party that deals mainly physical dmg, u'll rely on consuming corpses :^/)

...doesnt help that in the late game nearly every enemy seems to have source vampirism, and player characters tend to have WAYYY less magic armor compared to enemy NPCs(and unless u have like 35+ wits, they'll get 1st move, wiping ur magic armor), so they'll constantly be stealing ur precious source

anyways, the way source points are so rare(especially before act 2) gives source skills a very bad "too good to use" problem, and in many cases, a "not worth using" issue cause many source skills can be VERY lackluster compared to others with equal/similar cost

For those still in Act 1, I found what seems to be a generous refill station for Source points in
the Old Armory. There's a waypoint right nearby, too.

Not only that, but some enemies actually require you to use Source Vamp to be killed. Like the Big guys in Kemms Vault and the little puppets during the Trial at the end. It resisting magic armour is...meh.

That's actually a good idea. When I read the first time of source skills, I a) did not like the idea of skills using a finite resource and b) thought about extremely mighty skills for you would struggle hard to get the fuel. I was quite surprised about the Source Fountains in Act 1 and 2 which remove totally the "find it" aspect.

Do not get me wrong, as it is currently, we need the fountains (especially as "good char") because we need source points a lot. I use them mostly out of combat however. Combined with the extremely comforting warp technology of the pyramids, getting source points is easy. And the way to do it is so meaningless that the idea of the TS would be very reasonable and balanced.
