That's actually a good idea. When I read the first time of source skills, I a) did not like the idea of skills using a finite resource and b) thought about extremely mighty skills for you would struggle hard to get the fuel. I was quite surprised about the Source Fountains in Act 1 and 2 which remove totally the "find it" aspect.
Do not get me wrong, as it is currently, we need the fountains (especially as "good char") because we need source points a lot. I use them mostly out of combat however. Combined with the extremely comforting warp technology of the pyramids, getting source points is easy. And the way to do it is so meaningless that the idea of the TS would be very reasonable and balanced.
