So I have the letter from the Dwarven Queen to Lohar and there is one dialogue tree with Lohar that is not working as intended:
1. Show him the letter 2. Hesitate to give him the letter 3. Give him the letter 4. The quest "Law of the Order is complete" 5. Lohar asks for the letter you just gave him 6. You can't give him the letter you already gave him 7. Lohar attacks you 8. You get the reward for completing the quest even though Lohar attacks you

If I give him the letter right away instead of hesitating, Lohar does not attack and the quest is also completed. I just wanted to show this bug so it could be fixed.
