You have any mods loaded? Because even ONE mod depending on how it compiles can cause about a 10-20 min load time due to recompiling the entire data segment.
I have a -fast- nan-D type SSD and processor and if I change my mod list I get right to that spot and then can wait up to 15 min in some cases. But it only happens once. Once the recompile is finished the first time load times go back to normal after that.
Not saying this is your issue but many people don't realize how insanely long the recompile time for mods can be even if just changing their load order, etc.
