Fck this, here's a spoiler but Anathema doesnt mean anything. It has 1/1 Durability which means you can hit few times and its broken. You can skip that and finish this whole game without this.

It's a well known bug related to that quest. Hoping next weeks patch fixes it.

I think I had something similar - just combine it yourself (shaft + other bit + recipe, which is the table you found in the cavern) and the dialogue should continue and the quest should complete.

Would you be able to tell me which table you're talking about in which cavern to combine the pieces?
I'm stuck on this quest too where Tarquin doesn't care that I have both pieces.

My bad, I was conflating two different items. You can combine the Swornbreaker yourself if Almira does not accept it. As for the Anathema, I have not had this issue before. Did you speak to Tarquin outside the cemetery after you acquired the first piece?
