I am having similar issues at this spot. I returned from speaking to my god and I have spirit vision. I head down to the lower level of the ship and there are the spirits of my old buddies. I can speak with them. some disappear some stay. Then... just... nothing. searched the ship, replayed the fight a few times. No idea Malady or anyone is. The recruiter lizard is around but she doesn't want to talk.
