Ahm, I should have thought first a bit about this = can you tell us more about your plot and char? Is your Harley by any chance a magical one? Maybe you could boost the Dwarven technology? I'd really like to know your ideas - and I just said my own point of view, I'm not the writer boss here. Hmm, how are you going to solve your gas prob? what about repairing it?
