Ok, so I am lvling a summ/necro/pryo build but am missing a few pyro skills.

I am at Arx and have been having trouble finding a vendor so googled it. Trouble is in my playthrough the vendor is dead =C

Is there no other way to get the books I need?

The second question, if I load a mod to create a vendor with the skill books, then buy the books then uninstall the mod will my achievements still work?

I don't want to cheat but I see no other way at the moment unless someone can help?

If you deactivate the mod after getting the books, the achievos should be enabled right after. SHOULD. They are only turned off when a mod is on.
