A mix of good and not-so-good ideas.

ATTRIBUTES
- I'm pretty wary about returning mages to the One Stat to Rule Them All days. Your system would let them pile all their points into INT and having a ton of skills, making them super-flexible.
- 1% dodge per point of AGI is probably too much. Right now, at level 13, I am sitting at 51% Dodge, in a system where I don't get bonus 1% Dodge chance. With it, I'd be over 70% chance to dodge. Cut it back to 0.5% chance to dodge per point of AGI.
- I'm opposed to returning to random chance to resist/inflict CC.

ABILITIES
- What's "curses resist", again, random CC, no thanks.
- Summoning gets +10% per point currently because it does NOT get any benefit from points into attributes, and it doesn't look like your system changes that.
- At one point I did propose a Slow and Steady Talent which doubles your armor, but cuts 2.5 meters off your movement. But regardless about whether that's a good idea or not (it probably was not), it's a bad idea because of the way the AI works to ignore highly armored targets.

SOCIAL
- I don't understand what this category does. Are you combining Bartering and Persuasion into the same thing? Oh, you are combining different things into one Civil Ability.
- What does +1 Pet Pal do? I guess you want to do a significant change to the way Pet Pal works? ...I think that's a bad idea, since Pet Pal overall doesn't seem to give a great deal of mechanical benefit.
