In fort joy we talked to han who offered to get us off the island. Me and my friend decided to wait on his offer to finish up a few things, bt when we returned he and his boat were gone! He never comes back. Not quite sure what exactly causes him to not come back but if we leave the dungeons, then return, he is gone.
