Ok, I was in the Undertavern and I strolled over to Dorotya, started a trade I put my pouch full of goodies into the trade and moved her items in as well. At this point the game is totally locked and you cannot do anything anymore.
Completing the trade with Accept doesn't work, moving items from either side doesn't work, closing the trade window DOES work, the dialogue window doesn't work, loading my save from right before doesn't work, closing the game doesn't even work. If you try and load the save it results in perpetual black screen loading and if you try to quit the game locks and must be closed via Task Manager or the popup dialogue in Windows for an unresponsive program.
It seems to only do this with her specifically + the pouch, trading her with gold worked fine, I went to other NPCs and the pouch traded to them with no issues.
