Make sure there is nothing under "Use Actions" under the "Item State" section. Typically doors have OPEN/CLOSE here. Anything in Use Actions will make the item interactive.

Also if an object has animations (like a machine) and you don't want it animating make sure "idle" isn't listed under default state.

Finally make sure "Movable" is set to False. When true players get a hand icon even if they are not strong enough to lift it (weight is derived from what stats it is set to so Gen_Stone_Indestructable and Gen_HeavyMetal would be very heavy while Gen_Wood_Weak would be relatively light... sorry I digressed).

EDIT - for your door in rubble above it most likely just needs that open/close removed and I would set the stats to Gen_Wood_Indestructable if it's made out of wood)
