The crit multiplier from scoundrel will just be added to your crit multiplier. Something is off with scoundrel tho it says it gives u 5% per point but when I tested this yesterday my crit bonus went from 150 to 159% when i put 2 points in scoundrel. So 1% just disappeared :P
