That looks really great! I can tell you've put in a ton of time on that project. The little details (such as the benches in the last picture) really bring the whole thing together, and this is easily one of the best-looking custom maps I've seen.
With that being said, if it were me, I might consider either retexturing some of the smaller houses into the wooden "City Houses", or creating a new district for those altogether. I feel like adding more thematic diversity might make this even better.
