Chicken is blocked by armor.
That's is rarely a problem for a rogue.
You can always cripple/entangle yourself, making movement impossible, making ripped tendons a none issue. Most ways of doing this will deal damage to yourself though, so it's not a perfect solution.
Chicking is a really good skill. 2 turn CC and no way to remove it once applied.
