Just like the title says - Reactive Shot is now doing damage ON CAST when enemies first use the ability, instead of triggering on movement rounds as intended. It's basically now a Source-free version of Arrow Storm

Here are the intended changes to RS in this patch:

-Reactive Shot now uses equipped weapon stats to calculate damage
-Fixed several instances where Reactive Shot would not trigger correctly
-Fixed Reactive Shot being triggered by invisible characters

It is now probably proccing on movement, but the initial AOE damage on cast is not intended and impossible to deal with

needs to be hotfixed ASAP please!

did you start a new game, or are you using a previous save file?

mine is doing this every time, even when my characters use it. Weirdest part is that its doing damage to ANYONE in the AOE circle when it's cast

I've also seen this; it sometimes deals insane damage to the first target.

Edit: I just had it deal over 10k to the last target. Holy shit they botched this one.
