Just like the title says - Reactive Shot is now doing damage ON CAST when enemies first use the ability, instead of triggering on movement rounds as intended. It's basically now a Source-free version of Arrow Storm
Here are the intended changes to RS in this patch:
-Reactive Shot now uses equipped weapon stats to calculate damage
-Fixed several instances where Reactive Shot would not trigger correctly
-Fixed Reactive Shot being triggered by invisible characters
It is now probably proccing on movement, but the initial AOE damage on cast is not intended and impossible to deal with
needs to be hotfixed ASAP please!
