Hey

How do you change the bonus stats given by the Tactical difficulty ? Im looking to increase Vitality for all foes.

This should be possible within the engines stats editor. Look for the shared/stats/character tab, there is an entry which is called HardcoreNPC what is tactician mode.

Sadly some entries there don't work.. E.g. I wanna give all tactician mode npcs some points in perseverence but increasing the value doesn't change a thing. If anyone knows a solution let me know ;=)
