@jurak: correct... maybe Fe and Meatloaf and also Dragh and Luc for the time being. don't know what they're gonna do though, it's been AAAAAGGEEESS since they've posted. I'd like for them to write themselves out if they don't wanna participate anymore.

You're right about the unicorn thing - story rhythm took over <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/shame.gif" alt="" /> - but if I had had your answer, I'd have already asked the nymph tear bearer <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/winkwink.gif" alt="" /> to take over. My char has a dilemma: On one side she gave the nymph promise - but on the other side Nero, her partner, has become a threat and is in danger.
So? She had to make a choice - loyalty to her old companion from the beginning of the story on.
2 possibilities: I modify my last group post (where I called Ascolan) and inform you both of the nymph tear (cause I saw it) and ask you to take over or I inform after we've returned from Rabaer's castle and join for a short while to pick up Dragh/Luc.


Choice is up to you and Jolie - what would you prefer?

I think it might be better to do it on your way back from the castle. You relised that you can do both and ask us to do it instead. Since we have a link to the nymph. I hope i makes sence what i say here.

Ok - on our way back - we flyers detect the group - we scoop down, inform about Nero's new location, maybe one of you fiddles with the nymph tear? - I see it - inner conflict - give quest to you both and we're off again - sounds ok?

Quests so far:

• The 7 Doom wizard/ally quests:
  
• unicorn hair - partly solved - Rabaer the master wizard has to be killed, then totally solved
• nymph's voice - nymph quest - tied to troll Mardum/master wizard Arkumbar = Willow/Jolie
• nugget - dwarf quest - tied to Rabaer(axe)/town Riflak/master wizard Naganous = Womble
• scale = dragon quest - tied to master wizard Gard/fire and frost dragons have to be persuaded to stop their killings (Egg of Eternity involved)= DQueene/Jvb
• tiny claw = demon quest - leading over master wizards Rabaer to Venificus( this one has to die first = prophecy)= Nero?
• feather - maybe deva quest? healing Viper? Wizard name will be revealed later on = Viper?
• tattoed stone - no link until yet - wizard totally unknown

Now, what is going to happen to Womble's character?

It is soooo sad...
I think we are all really here for just the story - but i can't stop reading/writing, and i thought everyone had those feelings...

I think it better to wait for Wombles reply on this. Maybe he can be a npc or we 'leave' him somewere so he can join back in whenever he wants.

Btw: Is our baby comming before we reach the next castle or not?

Hmmmmmmmm, maybe part of the Doom wizards win (large catastrophy)? And those still wanting to write, just write their own private life? No mayor quests then? Just char development or whatever the writers want to do?

Not all stories end with happy end - group writing is an experiment... I could write my char into the crystal world again? Maybe take those with me who have left this story or want to leave? And the rest, surviving the DoomWizard catastrophy then continue writing? As they wish? With their own priorities? No loose ends then - and if new gamers here want to join the story, just another cycle starts?

Just suggestions, I'm open for everything.

seems nice, I also think that we might have to abandon the main quest and start developping our chars more, let it all be free

I think that we should still continue...

Char development can go together with the quest, imo. It would be a bit sad to abandon the quest.
